You will need your password each time you log in. Follow the registration directions on the screen. It is very important to fill out the registration correctly, including the correct school. After you have logged in you will then be able to see the information on your Training Contact and your IT Contact should you have any problems or questions.

Certificate:

When the staff completes viewing the video, and takes the quiz. It is very important that they ***immediately*** Select “click here to issue your completion certificate”   They then need to type in their first and last name, as it appears on their VA License, and then immediately print. If they do not immediately complete the certificate and try to go back in later, they will have difficulty and will have to take the quiz over again. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete the certificate and to print it out.

The certificates can be printed more than once if needed. Please include your certificates with your licensure requests (Initial and Recertification). Thank you!
