Leadership Council
Advisor: Mrs. Dee Strauss
The Leadership Council was re-activated to help our various
student organizations become stronger and more connected
with other organizations and our community at-large.
The purposes of the Leadership Council are as followed:
> To promote school spirit
> To promote student/staff cooperation
> To promote organization cooperation
> To promote good character
> To promote community involvement
> To promote service learning
> To prepare & maintain an officer handbook for all
clubs/organizations
> To promote student involvement
The Leadership Council will meet regularly on a monthly
basis . With this committee, we hope to be able to
strengthen multi-organization fundraisers and public
relation efforts. We also hope to help strengthen the
smaller organizations within our group, and help give birth
to new ones. With membership in the council, it is also
imperative that our student representatives attend School
Board and Board of Supervisor meetings, to make sure the our
public leaders understand that our students take an interest
in what happens in their county and in their schools.
Ultimately, we hope to encourage the students at our school
to become more active in extracurricular and to help each
and every student find a club fit for them. Top
