The Academy of Technology and Innovation

The Academy of Technology and Innovation (ATI) at the University of Mary Washington is a regional high school program that emphasizes computer and data science across various disciplines. Students will engage in a personalized, small-scale learning environment at UMW's Stafford Campus, where educational pathways are tailored to equip them with the technology skills necessary for their academic and career interests. Whether their passions lie in science, fine arts, music production, or computer programming, the program helps students develop the skills they need to succeed in their chosen fields.

The Academy of Technology and Innovation (ATI) will hold an open house on November 21st from 4:30 to 6:30 on its campus, located at 121 University Boulevard, Fredericksburg, VA 22406.

King George County Schools participates in this regional, college-partnership lab school.  Interested current 8th-grade students and rising 9th-grade students may apply.   Selection is held through a lottery process in the spring.
