Student Variance Request

2025-2026 School Year Variances

Variance forms are available electronically through the student's Parent Portal account. Parent Portal is available as a website and also through the PowerSchool App. Once in Parent Portal, click on "forms" to apply for a variance.

Students new to King George County must first register and enroll at their base school before completing a variance form through Parent Portal.

Child Care Verification

Variance requests for child care require the Child Care Verification form to be completed and uploaded by the parent into Parent Portal. Please complete a separate Child Care Verification for each child.
