  • Meet in the Middle, April 20 Meet in the Middle is an education-based program that promotes acceptance, inclusion and respect between students with and without disabilities. Law Enforcement Torch Run to kick off the event!Meet in the Middle will take place at the King George High School Stadium on Wednesday, April 20, from 10am-12pm. The rain date will be April 21.Come cheer on our students and enjoy the festivities and music!

  • Register for free Spring PD Sessions by March 28 Spring 2016 (April 6-May 18)Registration for spring sessions ends March 28, 2016VDOE provides six-week facilitated online courses through a grant with Intel. These professional development courses are available to educators in Virginia at no cost. The courses are conducted all online (no face-to-face meetings needed) and take approximately 30 hours, or 5 hours per week, to complete. The courses are facilitated by Virginia educators. Participants will receive a certificate at the end that can be used towards 30 recertification points.Click here for more information about course descriptions and registration information.
